Senior IT Technical Support Specialists Jobs in Manama Bahrain

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent is required. 
MCSA: Office 365 is recommended.


At least three (3) years of experience in providing IT\Desktop support. 
At least One (1) year experience in troubleshooting “Entrust Datacard” CD800 & SP75 Plus ID Card Printers is recommended. 
Managing End-users through centralized management solution (CA Client Automation) is recommended. 
Very well experience in Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy & Exchange Administration. 
Very well experience in managing DHCP Server. 
Very well experience in managing Print Server. 
Very well experience in managing File Server (Network shares and permissions).
Very well experience in Microsoft Windows 10 & Office 365 Administration.


Solid understanding of IT Infrastructure and Desktop support. 
Detail-oriented and strong problem-solving skills. 
Have clear and effective written and verbal communication with strong interpersonal skills. 
Ability to work well individually and in a team. 
Ability to prioritise workload. 
Ability to stick to strict deadlines. 
Fluently read, write and speak English.

General Roles and Responsibilities 

Installing, managing, maintaining, & troubleshooting all hardware, such as computers - Desktops, Laptops, IP Telephony, Tablets, and Peripherals (Printers, Scanners, Multi-Functions, Optical Drives, and PDAs...etc.). 
Installing, managing, maintaining ID Card Printers\Kiosks in all ID Card branches including other related peripherals and systems. 
Installing, maintaining, & troubleshooting all software and applications used in the organization. 
Set up & configure new IP phones and maintain company phone directory in Cisco Unified Call Manager. 
Analyze and troubleshoot any network related issues. 
Installing, Configuring and Upgrading of Operating Systems on workstations 
Managing Active Directory, Group Policies, Network shares & Print Servers 
Creation of users, distribution groups, contacts & email accounts. 
Maintain IT assets in the inventory & coordinate with Administration department on the movement of Computers, Peripherals and related equipment’s 
Determining and preparing hardware equipment that needs to be replaced and ensuring that all equipment that is disposed of was properly checked and stripped of critical company information 
Day-to-day operation and maintenance of the IT support; this includes preventive maintenance. 
Deployment of applications, OS remotely through centralized Client Management Solution. 
Preparing of purchase orders for all IT-devices that are managed by the department and negotiating with suppliers as part of procurement processes. 
Benchmarking End-users PCs.
Develops and maintain scheduled and upon requests technical & operational documentation and reports of the department. 
Additional tasks to be assigned to the resources upon request of their manager that are related to the department.
