Role Responsibilities & Duties:
You will be independently spending your days attending residential appointments providing an affordable solar solution to suit clients needs:
- Maintain and follow up on appointments where necessary and to generate referrals
- Fantastic customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to build natural instant rapport
- Reap the rewards of a very generous commission structure
The Successful Candidate Will Possess The Following:
Your goal will be to use our portrayed professionalism as well as your skills to close as many of your jobs on the day while with the client.
- 2+ years previous experience in direct sales (solar experience not necessary)
- Be passionate and results focused sales professional with the desire to work in a high performing work environment
- The ability to demonstrate initiative and strong problem solving skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating empathy, objection handling and understanding
- Confident presentation skills
- Punctual, prepared and well presented
- Flexible availability (5+ days a week)
- Have access to a reliable car
