About The Role
As the Assistant Store Manager you will need to be hands on in your approach to leading your team and running your concession!. You will be responsible for achieving store KPI's and sales targets whilst maintaining a high level of visual merchandising within a consultitive location. You need to be prepared to roll up your sleeves and help your team unload stock deliveries whilst identifying opportunities to grow and develop their skill set.
Skills & Experience
- Previous retail management experience in a premium brand
- Hands on management and leadership style
- Strong sales ability to generate repeat business
- Capable of successfully managing a teams of up to 7
- A genuine passion for homewares and a love for the finer things in life
- Dedication to achieving store targets and KPI's
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- An understanding of cost control and the management of stock
- Ability to work within a stock volume environment
- A passion for homewares and interiors
