This role is a key member of the team responsible for delivery of IT systems and services to RCC staff by supporting hardware, software, and networks to ensure the highest quality of standards of availability and performance. This role is a full-time position based at new our head office in GoreHill, Sydney. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following: Level 3 escalation support and maintenance of server infrastructure, multi-site network and the Standard Operating Environment Citrix XenDesktop and PVS SOE development VMWare and ESX MS Exchange MS Windows 2008 to current WAN, Router and Switch admin SAN Storage VoIP Office 365 Technical escalations from Service Desk Technical resource for IT projects Remote site setup and support Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical information to non-technical staff Strong customer service focus and commitment to continuous improvement of user experience Technical training
