You will be take in charge in the pre-contract activity, using your strong sense and knowledge about the market trend and price to deliver excellent estimation on the tender price & cost breakdown. you will be assist the Head of Quantity Surveyor by understanding the projects goals, deadlines and using your resources to justify and minimise costing to tender the contract. Ability to measuring cost of construction for tendering projects is crucial in this role.
