Reporting to our Operations Manager, this is a hands-on position where your focus will be on the development, implementation and monitoring of Work for the Dole activities in our Upcycle Centre in Armidale for WFD participants. This will involve providing on-the-ground supervision, motivating WFD participants as well as recording and reporting on attendance at activities. The ideal candidate will have skills and/or experience in a trades related discipline and previous experience in supervising and/or motivating others. You will need to have a working understanding of Workplace Health and Safety implementation.  A current drivers licence and national police check is necessary to be considered for this role.
