• Overall 7 years of experience leading technical support teams on Java/ J2EE applications with an overall understanding of web application & technologies • 5+ years’ of experience in an hands-on application support lead role using JAVA/ J2EE and Oracle 10gR2/11gR2 RDBMS • Experienced in Problem and Incident Management • Experience with working in an ITIL environment • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Flexible in working outside of the business hours whenever there is a need • Experience with supporting multi-tier infrastructures • To lead and provide high quality operational and technical application and systems support and to provide technical leadership • Lead and prioritize the Application Support team’s work load • Manage and own the entire Problem Management Process • To adhere and maintain SLA at all times with appropriate monitoring & control • Prepare and conduct the Monthly / Weekly presentation slides & reports for the meetings • Contribute to the planning of application, infrastructure releases, configuration changes and resource optimization
