RACS is the leading advocate for surgical standards, professionalism and surgical education in Australia and New Zealand. As a membership based organisation of over 7000 surgeons and 1300 surgical trainees, it also supports healthcare and surgical education in the Asia-Pacific region and is a substantial funder of surgical research.
The Director, Resources is a key member of the Senior Management Team driving the strategies concerning our information technology solutions, financial success, business and facilities development, risk management and audit. Providing input and advice to the Chief Executive and the RACS Council, strategic recommendations on the allocation of resources will be vital for the delivery of the RACS outcomes.
Key requirements for the role are substantial business, financial and information technology experience supported by appropriate Accounting and University qualifications. Your ability to work collaboratively within the complexities of a professional membership organisation will be outstanding.
