5 years experience in Personnel / Human Resources Industry.
Fluent spoken and written Arabic and English. Ability to communicate with workforce and implement company policy.
Recording employee information such as personal data, benefits attendance, all types of absence and performance.
Examining employee files to answer inquiries and providing information to authorized persons. Completing pre-employment process.
Assisting with routine employee relation’s functions. Book appropriate flights for expatriate staff.
