Corporate Communications Supervisor Job in Boubyan Bank Kuwait

Supervise Corporate communication activities by observing, analyzing, participating in external events, media coverage, promotion activities and CSR news and drafting contents for a successful implementation of corporate communications plans.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
  • Review and evaluate activities and initiatives that support business objectives, and collaboratively engage with business to organize external events, provide proper media coverage, promotion activities and CSR.
  • Analyze published reports/news related to Boubyan with highlighting any concerns in order to resolve accordingly.
  • Review and screen proposals/offers, gather additional necessary information and monitor all targeted news/contents in all concerned media/press release
  • Review and recommend sponsorship opportunities and employees’ offerings related to hotels, caterings and other activities.
  • Lead efforts for hosting corporate communication events, initiatives, CSR and social programs
  • Act as subject matter expert between Corporate Communication and 3rd parties, media/press representatives to ensure developing and maintaining an effective relationship.
  • Recommend various resources such as social media programs/events for both internal and external communications to execute initiatives, programs and events.
  • Set action plans to ensure that all contents/messages are consistent with Boubyan’s branding standards to maintain and promote the positive image.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Social media and Retail to secure appropriate media coverage for new product launches and other notable events and ensure a successful implementation of corporate communication projects and activities.
  • Generate reports and analysis on a timely/ad-hoc basis highlighting issues/progress/effectiveness.
  • Perform a variety of tasks within the general scope of the job and others that may be assigned by the management.
QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration preferably with Marketing or PR disciplines.
  • 6 - 8 of related experience preferably in Banking
