The Sydney-based Customer Welcome Centre Manager will have primary responsibility for the operations of the 2 centres, helping Category, Sales & Marketing by delivering customer and partner experiences that amaze.
The role will report directly to the Senior Marketing Manager and BrainSells' Managing Director and will manage 2 Customer Welcome Centre Concierges, one for each centre. 
Key responsibilities will include:

    •    Review and authorise requests from across the business to use the centres
    •    Liaise with HP staff, management, partners and customers to optimise each centre experience
    •    Define and document all processes and procedures relating to the centres
    •    Management of and accountability for centre budgets and expenditure
    •    Ensuring the latest products and solutions are always on display and presented in a way that reflects HP's brand
    •    Reporting on all key centre metrics including visits, outcomes, pipeline acceleration, revenue generation, expenses and return-on-investment
    •    Researching latest industry trends and generating insights that will enable the centres to keep reinventing
