Job Description
- Reviews the operational policies & procedures manual for Back Office and recommends enhancements & modifications and ensures that adequate controls are in place.
- Develops strategies to improve quality of service and business volume in all Departments falling within Operations Division and assign objectives and goals.
- Evaluates and controls risk factors associated with all functional activities.
- Ensures that all centralized Head Office Back Office operations are running smoothly & efficiently to enable Head Office to deliver quick customer service (internal & external).
- Evaluates staff performance & ensures that his staff are cross-trained by job rotations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Saudi National Only
- Need to be operation from Wealth Management & Private Banking
- University Degree in Banking & Finance
- Min of 10 - 15 years managerial experience in Banking Operations (GCC Market experience will be preferred).
