Working primarily from our Brisbane office, you will be responsible for providing application support for medical professionals and operational staff using our suite of clinical applications.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage client expectations and provide a high level of customer service
- Defines, maps and assists our customer to address their business needs
- Supports Sales and Marketing activities
- Performs as an active member of a highly skilled and professional teamTo be successful in this role you will demonstrate:
- Tertiary Degree in related field – IT or Informatics
- A high degree of analytical and self-learning skills
- Ability to self-learn and apply new skills and concepts quickly
- An interest in the Health IT field
- Flexibility with working hours
- High Level problem solving and decision making skills
- Experience in customer support and customer service orientation
- A strong Customer Focus with excellent communication skills
- A 'can-do' attitude' while working to tight schedules and timelines
- Willingness to travel both nationally and internationally.Experience with the following would also be advantageous:
- Clinical background
- Well versed in application configuration and scripting
- Experience with the implementation and support of clinical applications
