Application Specialist Job in Brisbane Australia

Working primarily from our Brisbane office, you will be responsible for providing application support for medical professionals and operational staff using our suite of clinical applications.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Manage client expectations and provide a high level of customer service
  • Defines, maps and assists our customer to address their business needs
  • Supports Sales and Marketing activities
  • Performs as an active member of a highly skilled and professional team
    To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:
  • Tertiary Degree in related field – IT or Informatics
  • A high degree of analytical and self-learning skills
  • Ability to self-learn and apply new skills and concepts quickly
  • An interest in the Health IT field
  • Flexibility with working hours
  • High Level problem solving and decision making skills
  • Experience in customer support and customer service orientation
  • A strong Customer Focus with excellent communication skills
  • A 'can-do' attitude' while working to tight schedules and timelines
  • Willingness to travel both nationally and internationally.
    Experience with the following would also be advantageous:
  • Clinical background
  • Well versed in application configuration and scripting
  • Experience with the implementation and support of clinical applications
