Qualification: B. Sc. Chemistry/Microbiology/Biotechnology
· Experience: Min 2 years
· Requirements:
Candidate shall have working experience of dairy
or food industry, ISO and HACCP standards and good computer skill in
word or excel. Milk powder plant knowledge will be given preference.
Candidate shall be responsible for overall QC activity in Milk as well
as milk powder. To analyze RM, PM, intermediate & finish product.
Conducting calibration of analytical instruments. Validation of
analytical methods and documentation as per ISO requirements. To carry
out testing and inspection as support to manufacturing services.
