The Technical Records Administrator provides high level airworthiness records support services to the Continuing Airworthiness department, in particular the Maintenance Controllers.

- Willing to undergo Drug and Alcohol Testing
- Have full working rights in Australia
- Current Police Clearance or willing to get on
- IT skills (use of Microsoft Office);
- A highly-developed attention to detail;
- Knowledge of IFS, SAP or simular computer based planning systems; and
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
Duties for this role would include:
- Ensuring the accurate and timely updating of all regulatory paperwork and computer tracking systems;
- Management of Service Desk queries
- Management of internal and external client or regulator queries on Technical records;
- Undertake monthly airframe logbook reconciliation;
- Assist with import / export of aircraft documentation, including updating the physical documentation or the computer systems to comply with all relevant airworthiness standards;
- Correct archive and retention of all airworthiness documentation using both CASA and Australian standards for the storage of paperwork
- The control and accurate updating of manual Post Maintenance Checks
