Appointment Setter Job in Sydney Australia is looking for Appointment Setters to set up demonstrations of our services for builders throughout Australia. Normal business hours Monday to Friday. This position may be your stepping stone to becoming a Buildism 'Closer'.
Responsibilities, skills and attributes...
  • You'll need to be a team player.
  • You'll be required to contact leads within our database and start a relationship with them by booking a telephone appointment with one of our Closers.
  • You'll be required to maintain accurate records of activities on a real time basis using our Cloud-based CRM system.
  • You'll need to respond proactively to coaching and feedback provided by management.
  • You must have experience in sales with the confidence to cold call building company owners.
  • You'll need to be an outstanding written and verbal communicator (in English), have an unstoppable mindset, be exceptionally driven, resourceful, results-oriented, persuasive, assertive, honest and amazing at follow up. All this, topped off with a mild, attention to detail, obsessive compulsive disorder :) 
  • You'll need to be open to learning new software and technologies.
  • Formal qualifications in a relevant discipline may be an advantage.
  • You'll need to be a proficient typist.
