The incumbent will have the following responsibilities:
· SALES
- Responsible for Show room sales, Monthly and Yearly Target Achievement
- Responsible for EBITA for each store
- Yearly and Monthly Sales Budget Planning, Target Distribution and Achievement
- Showroom wise Target distribution by reviewing the Area potentiality
- Category wise Target setting referring to the season ability and company focus
- Ensure Top line Target on Monthly Basis by Showroom by Category
- Control and ensure target ASP by category
- Control and monitor discounting
- Ensure company retention/margin as per company guideline by category by brand
- Clearance of EOL model as per company guideline within stipulated time frame
- Maintain right balance between Focus brand and pull brand as per company guideline
· MARKETING ACTIVITIES
- Sales Promotion Plan and Implementation
- A&P Plan as per Event Calendar
- Corporate Exhibitions and Events Management
- In store Merchandise - Focus Brand and Pull Brand
- Coordination with Brands for the retail activation
- Leaflet printing and distribution
- On-line communication - mailer blast and sms blast
- Rate negotiation with local newspaper and agency to get the best rate
· RECRUITMENT & TEAM DEVELOPMENT
- Recruitment of Sales Manager, ASM, Sales Executive Cashier, Customer Care staffs in coordination with HR
- Training Arrangement - Internal & Brand in coordination with HR
- Grooming, Team Motivation & lead them to follow company culture and policy to achieve company Goal
· COMMUNICATION SKILL
- Weekly report - Every Monday
- Close coordination with DGM Operation & Category Managers - on Stock availability, Product, Pricing, Promotion & Training
- Close communication with HR on HR related issues
- Close communication with Service manager on Installation and customer escalation
· COORDINATION WITH FINANCE COMPANIES
- Day to day dealing with finance companies on consumer financing and File disbursement
- Closely monitor and deploy local finance scheme in coordination with brands
- Plan & execute joint promotion with Finance companies
· SHOW ROOM OPERATION
- Stock Replenishment and Stock requisitions
- Loss prevention management, strict implementation as per company guide line
- Show room Sales staff management - Recruitment, Training, Transfer, Appraisal, Discipline, Grooming and Team Motivational activities
- Showroom maintenance, Cleaning and Security Management
- Regular Showroom Visit
- Lead Showroom Managers with the Key responsibility of Sell-out
- Display Management, Display Plano gram management
- Every month Showroom stock auditing /checking, Physical and Book stock Matching
- Stock Ageing Control and liquidation of ageing stock from the showroom
- Showroom defective control, checking and prevention
- Sales Staff & Managers monthly incentive calculation, checking and submission
· MIS
- Market Mapping – Demographic
- Competitors Mapping - Price, Advertisement, Scheme
- Brand activities Mapping
- DSR preparation, Analysis & Action
- Any Market information - need to share in weekly report
Qualification: Graduate with MBA
Desired candidate profile:
- Experience – Minimum 10 years
- Industry Background – Preferable worked in both IT/Mobile and consumer durable and retail Industry
