The Head of Human Resources (HHR) will be responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the Company, specifically in the areas of succession planning, talent management, change management, organizational & performance management, training & development, and compensation. The HHR will provide strategic leadership by articulating HR needs and plans to the executive management team, and senior leadership.
RESPONSIBILITIES include, but not limit to the following:
- Oversee all HR systems, policies and procedures to ensure alignment with local legislation & applicable regulations, as well as ensure compliance by all staff members.
- Function as a business advisor to the executive/senior management of each business function regarding key organizational and management issues.
- Establish a sound plan of management succession that corresponds to the strategy and objectives of the Company.
- Develop comprehensive Recruiting and Retention plans to meet the Human Capital needs of organization.
- Develop and implement comprehensive KPI based Performance Management System and Compensation Plan; competitive to provide motivation, incentives and rewards for effective performance.
- Provide overall leadership and guidance to the HR function by overseeing Talent Acquisition, Career Development, Succession Planning, Retention, Training, Leadership Development, Compensation and Benefits.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Qualification: MBA / MPA in Human resources from a recognized institute.
SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and any certification in HR will be a competitive edge.
Experience: A minimum of 10 years HR experience, with at least 5 years' on senior position in a reputable organization.
Skill & Competence: Relationship Management | Leadership & Navigation | HR Proficiency | Change Management | Interpersonal Communication | Conflict Management | Proficiency in MS Office.
