The Role:
Fulltime position
Providing coverage for Melbourne,
Reporting directly to the National Construction Manager
Estimating and managing small to medium sized insurance repairs
Utilising industry leading technology to deliver exceptional results
Requires a high level of customer service, communication and computer skills
Includes an attractive salary, vehicle allowance, fuel card, Etag, Apple Mac, phone allowance, uniform.
Insurance industry training will be provided however previous experience will be advantageous
Role Requirements
A minimum of four years building experience with a Carpentry or related trade background
Experience in Estimating, Scheduling and Supervising trades and repairs (insurance related is preferred)
A working knowledge of the NCC, Australian Standards and Tolerances and WH&S
Excellent communication skills
High-level computer skills across mobile devices, repair management systems and Microsoft Office suite of programs
An aptitude for creating, reading and interpreting scopes of work
Excellent organisation and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and the ability to ensure the highest quality of finishes from your trade team
A proactive nature and be keen to work as a member of a highly successful, KPI driven team
