You will be providing first and second level IT support and deploying technology to retail POS customers and IT managed services clients. You will be providing support to users remotely, over the phone and face to face. In order to be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate your ability to troubleshoot and support the following technologies:
- Windows 7/8,10
- Active Directory
- Outlook
- Office 365
- Windows Server 2008 / 2012 desirable
- Networked printers
About You -
To be suitable for this for this role you will have:

- Excellent written & verbal communication skills;
- Good technical knowledge across networked Windows & MAC environments.
