An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Local Area Marketing Co-ordinator to join a strong brand and deliver exceptional marketing support to our franchise network. You will be responsible for brand and franchise marketing output and be part of Jump's growth both nationally and internationally. You'll manage and evolve the current local area marketing toolkit and provide guidance and support to franchisees around all opportunities for local marketing.
- Manage the development, creative and deadlines for local area marketing projects
- Liaise extensive with franchisees on the delivery of local area marketing initiatives
- Manage the pre-bookings strategy for our franchise sites in training
- Capture the performance of different initiatives and identify areas of improvement
- Conduct regular social media audits to ensure franchisees are delivering quality for brand integrity
- Work with in house, external media and advertising agencies, printers and other suppliers to effectively execute initiatives.
- Delivery of training on social media platforms and other local area marketing tools
To be successful in this role you will have previous experience working within a Local Area Marketing role within the franchise, retail, or similar environment. You'll have a proven ability to actively and positively engage in teamwork and well-developed interpersonal skills, including a demonstrated ability to establish effective working relationships with franchisees and other stakeholders crucial to the business.
You will also have:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience within a Local Area Marketing role preferably in the franchising sector
- Previous experience in the fitness industry or similar industry preferred
- Marketing degree is preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours and travel
- Valid driver's licence with reliable transportation
