Immediate & urgent requirement for a tendering coordinator with 6-9 yrs. of exp. in sales industry specially for sales support and have worked on tenders for Government and private professional bodies.
• Coordinates the preparation and submission of Request for Proposals/Quotations (RFP’s/RFQ’s) and other tender documents that are responsive to client requirements and in compliance with company objectives to be completed in a timely manner.
• Prepares regular status reports on ongoing tenders and evaluation activities.
• Prepares evaluation reports and other corresponding documents in accordance with standard templates for approvals and signoff’s.
• Acts as a liaison between clients & internal stakeholders to ensure that all queries are dealt with in a timely manner. His role is to primarily assist the sales team in regards to managing schedules & working on sales documentations.
• Able to efficiently respond to any online or telephone queries.
• Full Sales Support
• Collect new tender information through tender news, government and other websites and networking sources.
