Location-: Noida Experience-: 1-4 years Qualification-: Graduate Salary-: Negotiable Job Description: Meets call centre financial objectives by estimating requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions. Generate Business from both Product & Service Marketing. Getting business for company in order to increase revenue. Should have complete knowledge on BPO market trends, industry requirements and value gaps. Work on all phases of end-to-end sales cycle including per-sales presentations, client persuasion, conducting negotiations and contracting terms with clients. Identify client service requirements. Analyze and maximize selling opportunities by establishing personal rapport with all levels of client organization. Demonstrate leadership skills by building and leading the sales team and ability to work under continual pressure of deadlines. Will be responsible for bringing process/business from India, US, Canada, UK and Australia region. Flexible with shift timings. Immediate Joiners ASAP 5 Days Working
