Strategic Priorities:
• Creating a long-term plan and strategy for the development of the business.
• Pioneering in category ranging, pricing and promotions across customer channels.
• Driving Profitable growth of the division and driving people initiatives.
Driving Business Strategy:
• understanding customer requirements and insights to define strategies which drive performance.
• Positioning the Division to complement the business goals of the organization.
• Developing strong working relationships with the suppliers & business partners.
People Management:
• Develop people skills that enable an open and strong relationship that drives performance.
• Facilitate effective cross functional communication & collaboration.
• Lead by example and motivate the team to deliver best.
