Good Communication skills Diagnoses and resolves Microsoft Office Outlook related Issue Troubleshooting on Outlook Calendering, Rules and Delegation Need to work with Migration team for Outlook related issues Knowledge on Office 365 is an added advantage Knowledge on Microsoft Client Operating Systems like Windows 7 & 8 is required. Desktop operating system support experience is added advantage Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Specialist (MCDST).
