Procurement / Purchasing Officer Job in Sydney Australia

Duties of the role:
- Raising Purchase Orders to suppliers as per instruction of Procurement Manager 
- Entering & maintaining  purchasing data via ERP system and other internal control processes 
- Assist in preparation of procurement reports and charts and reports to the management
- Liasing with suppliers via phone and email
- Provide customer support on sales order confirmation and other ad hoc duties.

Ideal candidate is expected to have strong attention to details who can work under pressure in a busy team environment. 

To perform the above duties, you are required to possess the following skills:
- verbal and written capability in both English & Chinese
- proficiency in excel and other MS office programs
- AUTO CAD skills is beneficial in this position
