The position of Senior Key Account Manager (Enterprise Sales) is based in Karachi. This position would be responsible to tap and bring on board high profile Corporate / SME (Small Medium Enterprises) clients and Government organizations. The position would be required to evaluate customer requirements and propose appropriate solutions. It would also be responsible to retain on-board accounts, and provide after sales services for a specific time period.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Achieve the assigned revenue targets through voice/solution selling
- Improve customer satisfaction level by providing good after sales service; Also generate high quality references through existing customers
- Visit new corporate clients and maintain high quality prospect list; Stay abreast of corporate segments and their potential business requirements
- Provide reports, as and when, required by management
Education Requirement:
Minimum BBA; MBA would be preferable
0 to 1 year relevant experience
Required Skills:
- Good presentation skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of enterprise solution selling
- Know-how of corporate segment and their cellular related requirements
