ERP Consultant Job in Manufacturing/Trading Company Dubai United Arab Emirates

Key responsibilities of this position are to 
• Manage the ERP implementation in accordance with the budget and time line. 
• Prepare project plan and coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure time lines are adhered to. 
• Complete project documentation such as : Functional requirement document, Functional customization specifications, User acceptance test scripts and End user training documentation.
• Map and study all business processes and ensure business best practices/processes are followed 
• Work with management to keep the ERP project on schedule and recommend needed action to meet deadlines
• Perform end user training and provide application support for all users/departments across the group.
• Have seamless liaison and coordination with ERP implementation partner to ensure on time delivery. 
• Recommend improvements to departmental policy and implement procedures and controls covering all areas of IT function, so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering quality, cost effective service to customers. 
• Ensure compliance to all relevant QHSE procedures and controls across IT function to guarantee employee safety, health, legislative compliance, delivery of high quality products/service and a responsible environmental attitude.


The ideal candidate should have 
1. An academic degree in IT (B.Tech or MCA) with minimum 12 -15 years of experience.
2. Experience of minimum 2 full implementation cycles of ERP (Micorsoft AX/SAP/Oracle). 
3. A professional certification in Cisco or Microsoft and experience would be desirable. 
4. Technical Requirements in networks, operating systems, databases, hardware, email, firewalls etc.
