PMC Lead Instrument & Controls Engineer (Oil & Gas) Job in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia

As Lead Instrumentation Engineer, you will:

Supervise Design Contractor's activities during detailed design and engineering phase including review of reports, attending meetings, monitoring of resource levels, monitoring of compliance to DEP's, HSE etc.
Review Key Deliverables prepared by design contractor's Instrumentation team
Review and evaluation of equipment bids for technical compliance, review/ approval of vendor drawings, participation in witness testing, review and approval of TPI reports etc
Review Project scope, preparation of material requisition, material selection, data sheets & specification 
Technical Evaluation of vendor offers, Vendor discussions, Vendor drawing reviews, follow up vendor inspection visits etc.
The minimum qualifications for this position are:
Degree qualified Instrumentation/ Electronics Engineer with minimum 15 years of experience
PMC or PMT experience required
At least 15 years of Engineering experience in Major O&G Projects
Strong knowledge of Conceptual Design, FEED and Detailed Engineering of Oil /Gas/ Petrochemicals Processing facilities
Experience in Scope Review, FEED endorsement; Equipment selection report, Design Calculations, International Codes & Standards
Experience at Technical Authority or Head of Department level
