Main Tasks / Responsibilities
The Store manager is the direct manager of each Carrefour Market Branch. He is in charge of looking after all the employees in the store that is under his responsibility.
•Ensure the assortment proposed by the merchandising team and selected by the stores is optimal
•Liaise with logistic to optimize the service level to stores
•Ensure the promotion is 100% implemented in concerned store
•Analyse the promotional results to optimize the commercial attractiveness of our supermarkets
•Ensure the supermarkets price policy is 100% applied in store
•Ensure the availability of merchandise planogram and his proper implementation in stores
•Support HO teams and Operations to tackle issue if any
•Coordinate with the CRM department, loyalty team, pricing team and the stores to ensure appropriate and accurate information on their customer profile
•Diploma / Degree in Management – Administration or similar
•3 years’ experience in Store management.
•Talent in building relationship with employees
•Training and pedagogic abilities
•Process oriented
•Synergy & coordination between stores operation personnel and head Office.
•Customer services oriented
•Organized and good communicator
•Natural trainer
