Provide administrative support to the Directors
• Answering/screening telephone calls
• Greeting visitors 
• Organising diary management in an efficient manner
• Organising incoming mail
• Organising travel and accommodation and preparing complex travel itineraries along with visas
• Taking dictation and writing minutes on behalf of management
• Maintaining and updating Agency Agreements data base/file
• Maintaining press release file and coverage journals
• Typing general documents
• Prepare and distribute invoices and add to the data base
• Planning, organising and managing events
• Mentor to receptionist and general office administrators
• Arranging airport transfers, meet & greet
• Undertake any additional duties as and when required by the line manager/business
• Promote health and safety and ensure adherence to health and safety policies and procedures
• To identify system weaknesses and suggest new/efficient procedures to strengthen IT
• Making themselves familiar with, and conforming with, the Organization’s Health, Safety and Environmental Policy at all times. Be actively involved in promoting company health and safety procedures
