As Search Anlyst, your key focus will be to support the Search/Content Manager to drive cost-effective, qualified traffic to RB-branded category landing pages, flagship stores and product detail pages on Amazon and our partner sites.
Responsibilities:
Execute a best in class search programme across Amazon (AMS)
- Responsible for loading & updating Amazon AMS system to deliver execution in line with business priorities (Power SKUs, NPD etc)
- Build & Create a test and learn programme to drive performance
- Work with NAMs & brand team to align activation with core business priorities
- Maximise NPD execution
Support execution of Amazon Media campaigns & plan
- Work with teams to develop content as per brand/business requirements
- Brief requirements to Amazon teams & ensure all loaded as per requirements
- Build & Create a test and learn programme to drive performance
- Maximise NPD execution
- Process Optimisation to drive/develop/improve business engagement on Amazon (AMG/AMS/OLV)
- Creation of updated process maps to ensure full plan has 360 team engagement & involvement
Data analytics & Reporting:
- Expert on key tools and systems to measure performance (e.g.) ABVP, KENSHOO & ARA PREMIUM
- Support and be main point of contact for Global EBU team in creation of global dashboards
- Share monthly/weekly reporting to senior stakeholders on core KPI’s
- Supply insight led recommendation to deliver improved performance
Feed into the ongoing ‘One Search’ programme
- Support and provide recommendations on relevant Keywords & search terms per brand and category
- Collate and update data on key search metrics across platforms to drive business decisions
- Support B&C’s team with insights to drive performance
Competitor analysis & review:
- Understand & review competitor activity and impact on performance > replicate/optimise when applicable
- Gather RB cross border learnings and seek to apply to UK
E-commerce expertise:
- Build up broader e-commerce knowledge to become champion for channel
- Support analysts & graduates in other accounts on drivers and business critical factors to win in e-commerce
Skills and Competencies:
- Competent with excel and basic formulae (e.g. Pivot tables & V-lookup)
- Passion for e-commerce & regular user in day to day life
- Acquainted in metrics used to measure online performance media, such as impressions, impression share, clicks, cost-per-click, conversions, cost-per-conversion, sales and ROAS
- Experience in having planned, bought and managed sales-driving online biddable media, such as search, PPC, paid social or retargeting would be ideal
- Interest in & knowledge of our brand and products
- A track-record of delivering actionable, data-led recommendations which have resulted in improvement and change.
- Excellent presentation skills, including the ability to communicate technical terms clearly
- Confident interaction at all levels within RB and customer organizations
- Good team player
