The role:
You will be working in a 3rd tier support role handling all escalations that have not been dealt with at level 1 and 2 support. You will assist junior support engineers to progress within their careers and help develop their skill set to help reach company targets. You will need at least 4 years’ experience with Citrix and it is beneficial that you have certifications and qualifications with Citrix.
Requirements:
- Experience within a 3rd level support role
- VMware and Hyper-V exposure
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Citrix exposure is a must
- Support experience 10 years+
- Wintel exposure
