We are looking for an experienced Change Communications Specialist to be responsible for developing a communications strategy, plan and toolkit designed to minimise resistance and maximise adoption to the change amongst project key stakeholders, impacted managers and end users.
Living Away from Home Allowance will is an option for candidates who can temporarily relocate. (Please seek consultation from a financial expert, accountant etc, on this matter)
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and lead the project communications cycle and pre and post go live programs for the project.
- Provide communications advice and guidance to key project stakeholders
- Training/Learning and Development (L&D) management
- Be the communications channel for project.
- HR Change Management
- Develop and gain approval of the communications strategy/approach designed to minimise resistance and maximise change adoption amongst impacted groups.
- Develop, track, socialise and deploy required communications toolkits and deliverables as per the approved communications strategy/approach
- Change Management coaching, advice and guidance
- Provide communications coaching, advice and guidance to the GFT program team and key stakeholders; as required.
Selection criteria:
- Demonstrates experience and understanding of communication frameworks and channels; including online and social media channels.
- HR Change Management experience
- Change Management project leadership
- Expert digital communications developer and deployer.
- Significant experience leading and supporting large scale and complex enterprise wide communication programs.
- Successful delivery of large scale and complex enterprise wide communication programs in complex environments.
- Excellent written and verbal skills
