Responsibilities include but not limited to;
- Deliver cost savings onsite during execution through effective management of scope execution.
- Responsible for managing and optimising maintenance planning to meet the Operations priorities
- Responsible for managing/scheduling SAP Maintenance Plans to fall inline with company timeframes
- Responsible for identifying and managing conflicting activities
- Development and maintenance of KPI, production schedules and other appropriate project controls.
- Development of detailed project schedules in accordance with the project scope of works.
- Assist the Project Managers in the scheduling, tracking progress, updating progress and trending the Project Schedule to meet contractual requirements.
- Development and maintenance of project s-curves and resource curves
- Communication with internal personnel and external subcontractors to record progress.
- Ensure that authorized changes are promptly effected.
- Management of site scheduling information and records in the format and order required by UGL Engineering.
- Ensure contract documentation is recorded and maintained in accordance with the project management system
- Maintain work schedules that maximize planned activities and deliver on-time completion of the activities.
- Identify improvement and strategies for improvement.
- Manage planning resources (both internally and externally) to ensure project and tender requirements are met.
- Develop standard templates and reporting regimes
- Ensure compliance with all record keeping requirements
- Undertake any adhoc projects, initiatives, tasks as directed by the Operations Manager
To be successful in this role you will need the following;
- 5+ years of experience in Maintenance Planner discipline and Oil and Gas Industry
- Qualification in SAP Plant Maintenance
- Knowledge in SAP Supply Chain Management
- Sound knowledge in using Prometheus & Primavera (P6) Planning tools across large projects
- Ability to work autonomously and communicate effectively with key stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills, high attention to detail and ability to consistently meet tight deadlines
- Trade background qualification or similar significant maintenance experience
- Proficient skills in MS Word, Excel, Access and outlook
