Country Sales Manager Job in Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Your Role : You would be leading the  direct distribution team for the UAE , as a step towards the larger vision the company needs a seasoned sales professional who can manage the  large sales force, You would lead the development of the different channels, identify gaps and opportunities to develop the business.  You would need to build efficiencies in the direct distribution model, rationalize portfolios based on market needs, build the capabilities of the existing sales force... The role requires the incumbent to have quality experience in managing direct distribution and managing distributors... It requires someone with entrepreneurial abilities coupled with in-depth understanding of different channels, their driving USP’s, market conditions and the challenges therein as you would be required to fix existing issues and steeply accelerate the growth path. 

Must Haves: 10+ years of experience in the consumer goods business with core experience in managing direct distribution teams. Strong blend of operations and strategic experience. Must have exposure to Distribution Management, Channel Management and Trade Marketing. Candidates based in the UAE will only be considered for this role.
