Manager - Treasury Sales Job in Dubai United Arab Emirates

Analysis and understand the allocated portfolio and each of its customer in order to develop a strategy for the unit and for each client
Execute the strategy by actively market in FX Spot, FX promise and derivatives to customers and enhance the business turnover and profitability to meet the allocated budget
To maintain a high standard of customer service by regular visits and calls in order to increase Bank’s market shares vis a vis existing customers and enlarging the Corporate base while meeting the targets in client calls
To conduct Bank’s business within the policies, limits/parameters and processes fixed by the Senior Management.
Work closely with Shariah and other departments to develop new products.
To keep abreast of latest trends in the foreign exchange markets and advice customers.
Maintain a high level of professionalism at all-time.
All the above accountabilities includes but not limited to any additional/new tasks or responsibilities assigned by the line Manager.
In-depth understanding of the Treasury Products and processes.
Ability to project the image of the Bank as a professional institution for its Treasury services among all the clients of the bank.
Ability build and manage relationships with internal and external customers of Treasury.
Understanding of client complexity for appropriateness and AML and capability to simplify and explain the products and the risks associated with these products.
Ability to price complex derivative structures in Bloomberg and negotiate with interbank counterparties and clients for better margins.
Knowledge on ISDA and Islamic Treasury documents
