Type: Permanent Freshers also eligible.. Shift Timings: 8 PM to 4 AM  Job Description : The Customer Success Specialist role will enable our customers to realize the business value from their investment and make them passionate advocates of Company. Key responsibilities include: ·  Good Communication Skills. ·  Handling International Customers, presentation skills, Customer Service, manage existing Client accounts. ·  Once the sale is complete, the CSM is responsible for taking over the program management and successfully ushering the Client through the process ensuring the Customer experiences the true value of the Agile CRM Training Program. ·  Provide proper training to improve adoption of our product.
