HSEQ Administrator based in Sydney CBD working within a well establish Science & Technology organisation.
You will the the 'go-to' HSEQ support for the team and HSEQ Manager, who you will report directly into.
These tasks will predominately include data entry, document control reviews to ensure compliance with IMS and the collation of metric driven data for reporting purposes.
This includes the provision of varied office duties, such as; obtaining, logging, reporting on and following up various HSEQ information/inputs from Program and O&M following up all incidents until closed.
The purpose of the role is to:
- Undertake IMS administration tasks to maintain system compliance;
- Record keeping & reports
- Assist with responding to internal enquiries regarding process requirements defined in the IMS.
- Document control
- Provide project support; database management; tracking and status reporting
- Communication with the business to collect Environmental sustainability data
- Facilitate in the management and maintenance of the Safety Management System
- Ad hoc Administration support.
Requirements:
- Full working rights
- HSEQ qualification
- Administration experience
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Email software and Power Point
- MYOB preferred but not essential
- Excellent interpersonal communication and people management skills
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to organise and prioritise own workload.
