Main Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the management of services and processes that support the core business of the company.
• To control the project budget by preparing full project facilities management plan and cost study.
• To review, check and sanction monthly material and manpower requisition for the project.
Reporting to : General Manager
Travel requirements : Occasional travel

University qualifications : Bachelor's degree
Other certifications : FMP (Facility Management Professional)
Previous experience : 5-7 years’ experience as Operations Manager in a Cleaning Services Contracting company
Specialist knowledge : Computer literate
Other Skills : Leadership & Problem solving skill
Language Skills : English, Hindi, Arabic is an advantage but not mandatory
Current Residence : UAE
Total Package Offered - 7k to 9k/Monthly
