Alain Charles Publishing is looking for Business Development Manager. The responsibilities include:
1. Generate delegate sales revenue in line with agreed targets & objectives.
2. Selling to senior decision makers on the phone and face to face.
3. Market research to identity and generate new leads.
4. Liaise with internal management as well as externally with clients to deliver a consistent message for each event.
5. Work with sales manager to ensure agreed KPIs are met on a consistent basis.
6. Be a strong, positive, customer focused sales executive when dealing with our clients.
7. Work well in a team environment giving ideas and working collectively with all members to grow your division.
7. Ability to handle objections, negotiating and closing.
8. Attend and contribute to weekly meetings and event handover meetings.
