Microsoft .Net Application Support Analyst Job in Sydney Australia

As Support Analyst you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving application issues to ensure optimal performance and usability for the various system users and providing root cause analysis with recommendations for improvements. 
Key Responsibilities 

• Accountable for performing daily tasks required for the ongoing functionality of software applications. 
• Programming and debugging duties will be required to develop queries/reports of varying complexity and to troubleshoot and fix programmatic issues. 
• Provide timely resolution of routine application incidents, problems and service requests; maintain incident action logs and document workaround and issues. 
• Liaise with client agencies and external service provider to provide support and ensure service delivery requirements are met, within and outside normal working hours. 

Skill Requirements/ Qualifications 
• Greater than 2 years' experience in a developer/analyst programmer role using Microsoft specific technologies. 
• Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server. 
• Experience in Microsoft .Net framework 3.5 , 4.0 , 4/.5 & 4.6(ASP.Net and C# programming skills). 
• Good knowledge of client side technologies skills: JavaScript, jQuery, Angular 2. 
• An awareness and use of security technologies; good to have. 
• Demonstrated ability to take full ownership of responsibilities including managing workload priorities. 
• Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Communicate and provide knowledge transfer to other team members on issues/problems and resolution. 
• Work with other support groups in assisting in resolution of incidents.
