The primary function of this role will be to maintain and develop new and existing business.
Knowledge of the property/real estate market in the Housing area is essential.
Key responsibilities for this role will include:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to generate new leads.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with current clients.
- Prepare quotes and correspondence to clients.
- Research accommodation in areas outside of the company's core locations.
- Prepare and present monthly sales report to management.
- Update and maintain client information.
- Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Experience:
- Outstanding Customer Service skills
- A team player attitude
- Excellent communication skills and computer skills
- Experience of working in an inside sales role
- Good success in building of new business
- Background from a travel, relocation or real estate position
