Develop recruitment strategy. This may include job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning, etc. Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers. Explore and implement the market best practices in the recruitment . Coordinate and consult with hiring supervisors in the final selection process.
Team Management and MIS
To work in sync with the corporate set parameters & motivating team for achieving business and individual goals in the TAT provided. Effectively mentor guide and lead the members of the talent acquisition team. Manage/build/develop a team of high performing recruiters
Oversees the departmental monthly metrics program, tracking individual and group metrics on search workload, time to fill, cost of hire, recruiting strategies, source of hire, quality of hire, etc., and integrates those to create a monthly and yearend report
Stakeholder Management
Working with different Account Managers/ Business Owners so as to understand the business requirements and deliver on the set date/deadlines & Quality. Managing end to end discussions; starting from manpower requisition-till closure, budgeting. Follow-ups on feedback, setting up the recruitment process and the guidelines to be followed, ensuring end to end closure
Vendor Management
Ensuring regular performance & forming the recruitment along with vendors
Tracking monthly, quarterly performance and the area of expertise.Calibrate with the vendors; so as to smoothen the process of sourcing the potential candidates.Taking care of all the issues pertaining to Client-Vendor relationship. Acting as single point of contact for all the consultants/service providers on board.
Others
Evaluates periodically the Talent Acquisition process, and interfaces with candidates during the recruiting and evaluation process to assure a superb candidate experience. Be a single point of contact on TA compliance to Audit requirements conducted by internal QA or external consultants. Act as the brand ambassador for the Organization and working on employer branding activities
Education:
Any Graduate/Masters in Business Administration with specialization in HR preferable though not mandatory
Experience:
10-12 overall experience. 8-10 Years of strong experience into BPO Bulk Hiring (Domestic / International BPO)
Must have seen aggressive recruitment targets and should have led a team. Experience of managing end to end recruitment life cycle.
Led or be a part of team/s which have implemented process improvement initiatives like CPH reduction, ATS implementation etc.
Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
