The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing the sales team to their full potential.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Create and develop the company's sales plan focusing on the Corporate Housing and Serviced Apartment markets with new and existing clients.
- Work alongside the sales team to ensure targets are achieved.
- Building of strong relationships with clients through meetings and entertaining.
- Consistently monitor the Corporate Housing/ Serviced Apartment market paying specific attention to competitors.
- Networking with new and existing clients
- Mentor develop and train Sales Managers
- Creating of market plans and reviews
The successful candidate will ideally have:
- 4 years' experience working as a Sales Manager
- Previous working experience for a Corporate Housing or Serviced Apartment provider
- Working knowledge of SalesForce
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Be a consistent and proven sales performer who is able to make an impact quickly.
- The ability to travel globally when required.
