Title: CRM Solution Technology Lead
Location: United Arab Emirates
Responsibilities: Understand the latest technology trends and provide improvement suggestion in the products
Follow up with service teams and vendors for support issues and respond quickly to service tickets in a timely manner
Design and Deliver technical solutions on the CRM platform
Propose technical recommendations and improvements
Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science preferred
Experience in CRM application implementation and support
7-8 years of experience
