Job Requirements:

- Degree in any field of studies
- 2 - 3 years of working experience in similar functions
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to demonstrate initiative and assertiveness, the ability to plan and manage work in an efficient manner, and the ability to work well under stress and time pressures
- Responsible for the Recruitment System; Reviewing CVs
- Employee referral check; Selection of candidates
- Interview arrangement; Conduct interviews with the Line Managers
- Liaison with the agency on the hiring of Foreign recruitments
- Updating the vacancies rack and provide the summary report to HR Manager & Admin Manager on weekly basis
- Offer of employment (follow up on offer and acceptance) and mobilization
- Liaison with Shared Services on all recruitments documents
- Coordinate job fairs, new advertisement etc.
- Handling new employees reporting duty, such as induction and reporting needs
- Update the Employment / Vacancies Report
- To ensure all employee have their JDs
- Have experience handling and coordinating contracts, procedures and documents
- Candidate will handle UAE & could handle Qatar also
- Candidate must be based in UAE
- Gender: Male
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary range between AED 7K to AED 7.5K (total basic, housing & transport) depending on candidate experience
