 HR & Admin Assistant is required!

The purpose of the HR & Admin Assistant role is to provide administrative support across a range of HR processes and to assist the HR Manager where necessary.


This is an excellent opportunity for 2 years experienced HR Administrator / Coordinator who is highly organized, has excellent time management skills, demonstrates attention to detail, and is able to work under their own initiative.


Location; Dubai, TECOM


Remuneration package is 4,000 AED (flat package)


  • Assisting with the day-to-day administrative functions with HR Team and helping the PRO in the governmental relations section
  • Assist all company employees with general inquiries concerning labor and immigration matters.
  • Facilitate and record all HR-related documents but not limited to employee change forms, letters, receipts, and request forms.
  • Coordinate with departments for medical appointments and passports and /or labour cards to be given to the staff if required.
  • Maintain soft and hard copies (scanned and saved) agreements: update tracking sheets and documentation records of all agreements, legal, trade licenses documents including invoices are placed for each agreement under HR and all Novo Cinemas entities.
  • Manage office contracts: stationery, business cards, and press, vehicles, health insurance, and related agreements.
  • Purchase and review of office supplies and equipment and maintain a proper inventory.
  • Generate tracker for all invoices which had been placed for each agreement under HR.
  • Responding to internal & external HR related inquires or requests and providing assistance Compile & update employee records (hard & soft copies)
  • Process documentation & prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, performance evaluation etc)
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
  • Preparing documents for renewal of visa and work Permits
  • Support other functions as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field
  • At least 2 years of experience in the same role
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Excellent skills in organizing and filing HR documents
  • The candidate must be able to join immediately
