As Major Project Lead for a New Campus for a global tech client, you will have overall delivery responsibility for this build-to-suit, single building over 36,000m2 campus in the Israel. The S&C of the building is currently under construction by a developer, with the fit-out in design. The campus will open in late 2020. There is an external project management team who run the project on a day-to-day basis, and the Project Lead fulfils a multi-faceted role spanning client/stakeholder management, commercial and schedule oversight, setting the strategic direction of the project management team and other related senior tasks linked to the successful delivery of the project. Frequent travel to the area in question, on a monthly basis, is expected and as such the candidate shall be willing to engage in regular travel, typically spanning a few nights away in duration. The purpose of this position is responsibility for project management services within an assigned geographic market, program or client account to achieve the company's strategic business objectives. Key project delivery focus areas include scope, budget, schedule, quality and risk management. Characteristics of responsible geographic market, program(s), or client account: a. Fee target in region of £250k/annum  b. Geography - typically Local, Regional/EMEA c. Work group under management - typically <5 - 10 d. Reporting into Director Market, program or client account segment leader under supervision of Director Responsible for financial performance of market, program, and client accounts including budgeting, actual results, forecasting and reporting. We are looking for a Project Manager with construction site experience, who would like to make the move into Corporate Occupier Programme Management and Project Management services, also known as PJM. The Project Management role will be based within the PJM part of the business that focusses on delivering construction services from a consultancy-based environment whilst continuing to provide clients with professional services. Construction experience in commercial fit out projects would be ideal but not essential. The Project Manager will manage key client projects for schemes in the UK and abroad.  Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time, within budget, and to the required scope.   The individual will be able to oversee all aspects of projects, including the setting of deadlines, assignment of responsibilities, and monitor & summarize progress of project works.  Prepare periodic reports for clients and line ma
