Duties: • Telecoms Enquiries and Order Processing o Provide a level 1 or 2 Helpdesk service managing enquiries regarding mobile, Landline or broadband enquiries o Working with the customer to diagnose the problem o Completion of quotes for new services o Follow up quotes and process the sale o Answer questions about warranties and/or replacements. o Answer questions about the Telecoms range. o Process new orders and replacements. o Liaison with third party suppliers involved in the problem resolution. • Resolve customer complaints via phone/email. • General customer service tasks • Greet customers warmly and ascertain reason for calling • Resolve customer enquiries via phone/email using ticketing system to manage the priority of the calls, whilst maintaining a positive image for the company • Assist with order processing, following up quotes, refunds/exchanges • Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers. • Diagnose the
